Can I return personalized items?

If your product is personalized, it cannot be returned due to the nature of personalization. If you wanted to cancel within the one-hour cancelation window, you could do that. If your product was damaged via shipping or from us, we would work with you to get either a replacement or a refund.

What if I received a damaged item?

If your item is damaged we need to know about it. Please send a few clear pictures via email showing the artwork on the front to identify the order and the areas that are damaged. If it was damaged, we will work with our team to either process a refund or replace that product. 

How long does it take for a return to be processed?

After the return has been issued by us, it can typically take between 5-7 business days to post to your account after.

What information do I need to provide to make an order?

In order to process your order we require the following information:
  • Your shipping, order information (already added from cart) & billing address.
  • Phone number & email address for order confirmation, receipt, and tracking information.
  • Payment method – like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept financing payment methods like Shop Pay and PayPal. As well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Venmo.

Do the products have any warranty?

Unfortunately, we do not offer warranties for our Lite From Dark products unless otherwise stated, as they are all custom-made to order. We take great care in producing each individual piece and stand by the quality of our work, but should any issues arise, please reach out to us, and we would be happy to help.

Can I change my billing address on an order?

Unfortunately, you cannot change the billing address after placing the order. This address is what the bank uses as a safeguard to verify and protect your identity. If we see that they do not match, we may reach out to you to confirm the addresses via email, prior to processing your order further.


We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the money if the customer does not get back to us in a timely manner.

Can I change my shipping address on an order?

We can change your shipping address for you. Please reach out to us with your order number and updated address via email ASAP to change this. 


You can only change your shipping address up to 1 hour after placing the Order


Otherwise, your order shipping address change may not be possible if an address is requested after this timeframe.

Can I change my EMAIL address on an order?

We wanted to provide a brief overview of how the items from our store are packaged in preparation for arrival at your address.

Framed Wall Art

Our framed wall art is shipped in a protective plastic cover and packaged in cardboard packing boxes.

To make sure the artwork stays in place the carboard is banded to the artwork ensuring a secure fit to the art.

These boxes offer the artwork a high level of protection during transit to their final destination.


Journals & Notebooks

The packaging is designed to ensure that the products are delivered safely. The journals and notebooks are shipped in bubble-lined mailing envelopes.



Why is my order showing as unfulfilled?

Don't fret if an order appears unfulfilled—this just means that the item is still being processed or produced and hasn't shipped yet.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as the item is being prepared for shipping. 

Why hasn’t my shipment arrived?

There could be a few reasons as to why your shipment has yet to arrive. The order might be experiencing delays due to weather conditions or an issue with the carrier. Please check your tracking information and contact us if you have any further questions.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship directly to customers within the United States of America. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Can my order be delivered to a PO Box?

We are not able to ship to PO boxes. Our company uses various shipping providers across the United States including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.


If you place a PO box on the shipping address, we may reach out to you via email to change the shipping address to a physical address.

My product is damaged?

We know it is disappointing after waiting anxiously for an item only to open it and see it is damaged. This can leave a bad taste in your mouth and sometimes make you think less about a company. 


We understand and have been in your shoes. Other experiences could have caused you to only get help when you left them a bad review. But that is not the case with our company, we take customer satisfaction very seriously. 


If you get something that is damaged follow these steps to get the problem resolved. 


1. Please take a few clear pictures of the damaged package.

- Two with the condition of the shipping box

- One with the overall view of the shipping box

- One showing any major packaging damage

- One with the damaged item closeup

3. Tell us that you were sent a damaged item and please attach any photos in the email.


4. Click send. A team member will get back to you shortly to work with you to fix the issue.

I received the wrong product?

It's never good to get home from work and see that your long-awaited package is not your package; it's someone else's. 


Well, don't fear, we will help to fix this mix-up. We always want your experience to be the best when shopping with Lite from Dark. 


We ask that you get in touch with us via email within 30 days of receiving the wrong package. Please follow these steps before getting in touch with us.


1. Please take a few clear pictures of the wrong package.

- One with the shipping label in view

- One with the condition of the shipping box

- One with the package open revealing the wrong item


2. Click the email link to be redirected to our email.


3. Tell us that you were sent the wrong item and please attach any photos in the email.

- Address the package was shipped to

- The pictures that you took of the item.
